WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! Elev8 Fitness has partnered WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! Elev8 Fitness has partnered with the Charity Foster 360 and are sponsoring 10 kids who have fostered out of Foster Care. Just imagine for a second being 18 years old without family or support and being told to figure life out. - 900 individuals age out of foster care system annually in AZ alone. - More than half become homeless by age 20. - 1/3 of homeless youth are victims of sex trafficking. - 71% of young women become pregnant by age 21. - Less than 3% earn a college degree. - 20% will be involved in the criminal justice system by age 19. Foster 360 works to help aged-out youth never become homeless again. Foster 360 takes an empowerment approach that focuses on Trauma- informed care and collective healing. Every child deserves to feel loved and seen. Your generosity helps provide this environment where they can thrive and rewrite their future. Here is a list of needs this Holiday season that can be dropped off atElev8 Fitness or my house. Drop Off: Elev8 Fitness 4830 W Chandler Blvd Chandler 85226 -Walmart gift cards (for clothes and groceries) -Fry’s gift cards. ( groceries) -Uber gift cards. ( don’t have transportation) -mattress toppers (for comfort) twin beds we need 10 total -movie tickets -medicine balls -kettle bells -jump ropes -Boxing gloves Anything will help these teens have a brighter and healthier tomorrow. Happy Holidays from our family to yours! I’m bey Happy Holidays from our family to yours! I’m beyond blessed that my family could all be together this Thanksgiving. This Holiday was different than most and just felt extra special. From our Griswold family Christmas photo, to our family games, park walks, dance videos, special talks, unlimited laughs, sports writing with my Dad, and cooking together…..this week will be one for the books. Grateful, my heart is full, and God is good.

I had reservations about turning 40. I had a list I had reservations about turning 40. I had a list of all the things I wanted to accomplish and be by 40. For months I had been on a mission to scratch everything off my list. I even had a goal to be a certain size by 40. Today I realized all those things on my list do not define me. My 40th Bday was filled with community, love, support, fitness, pickle ball, wisdom, surprises, and people who see me just as I am. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I sit here with so much joy and gratitude for the community I have built around me, for the friendships that have become family, and the girlfriends who have pushed me to be better and do better every single day. I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without all of you and I’m beyond grateful. 40 just might be my best decade yet. Thanks to @yoangie11 for throwing this incredible 80’s party. You mean the world to me. Cheers!!!

I remember my first day of kindergarten and my yellow matching sweatsuit with buttons down the front, that my mom didn’t want me to wear lol.
